Job Description:

* Brickex is India’s leading B2B platform for Real Estate and Financial services; backed by the Piramal Group and Piramal Fund Management. We are involved in selling Real Estate and Financial Solutions Via B2B and Capital
Advisory: Deal Sourcing.
* We are looking for professionals who have experience in Channel Sales Management of Real Estate Products; or Real Estate/Property Sales who possess excellent communication skills and exceptional entrepreneurial skills.
* For the Brickex channel of Piramal Finance (Financial Services arm of the Piramal Group), we are looking for excellent real estate sales professionals, for Mumbai location.

Job Requirements:

* Building relationship with Channel Partners to meet monthly sales targets
* Research on all real estate products available for promotion
* Creating Leads & closures for Real Estate Properties, Source Developers for Capital Advisory, Fund Raising in PMS, and other related products
* Support Research Head in Research of micro market for Fund and HFC (housing finance) transactions
Experience: Professionals having 2 – 7 years of experience in real estate sales (including channel sales and indirect sales)
Role: Asst Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager Sales (as per overall profile)
